How Do I Cancel My TNT One Subscription?
If you are on a Trail, Monthly, or Half-Yearly TNT One plan and would like to cancel your subscription, here's how to do it in under a minute.
Steps to Cancel
- Log in to your account on the TNT One platform.
- Click on your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
- From the menu that appears, select Subscriptions.
- Click on Manage Subscription.
- On the Manage Subscription page, click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
That's it — your cancellation request will be processed, and you won't be billed for the next cycle.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- Access after cancellation: You will continue to have access to TNT One until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling doesn't remove access immediately.
- No partial refunds: Cancelling mid-cycle doesn't refund the remaining days of that cycle.
- Re-subscribing: You can resubscribe anytime from the same Subscriptions section if you change your mind later.
