How to resolve playback issue for course video on The Noiseless Trader website on Edge/Google Chrome/ Any browser other than Safari??

If users encounter issues playing a course video on the Web Browser other than, they can try one of the following solutions:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Clear the site cookies
To clear the cookies on Edge Browser,
  1. Click on the  icon beside the address bar.
  2. Select Cookies and Site data.
  3. Select Cookies
  4. Choose the website cookies (Usually the website name), click on Remove and then click Done.

To clear cookies on Google Chrome,

  1. Click on the  icon beside the address bar
  2. Select Cookies and Site data.
  3. Click on Manage on-device site data
  4. Delete the cookies (Usually the website name) by clicking on the "Dustbin" icon and click on Done.
  5. Refresh the page
This should solve the issue of course video play back.
