What to do if my account is blocked?
On The Noiseless Trader iOS app, a learner's account may be blocked if they take more than three screenshots. The app issues a warning for the first three instances, notifying the user about the potential risk of account blockage. If the account is blocked, learners can reach out to The Noiseless Trader support team via a support ticket to request unblocking. However, repeated attempts to take screenshots after unblocking will result in permanent account suspension. To raise a ticket, click on the link below:
